Custom Designs
How is price determined?
There are several factors that affect the price of your order. They include what kind of apparel you are ordering, how many pieces you are ordering, how many colors are printed on each location, and if you need our design services. Please contact us for a custom estimate that reflects your needs!
Is there an order minimum?
Our official order minimum is 10 for screen printing; there is no minimum for embroidery. Orders less than 10 pieces are generally more expensive, but we are happy to help, so please call us!
How do I request a custom design?
To request a custom design you can either stop by our office and give us your thoughts and requirements, or email them to osark@osarkprinting.com.
How can I get help with my design?
O's Ark Custom Apparel has graphic designers on staff with over 30 years of combined design experience. We look forward to helping you with your design and creating a product that has the necessary impact that you desire.
Can I see a sample before I order?
At our office we have samples of apparel that we have produced for previous customers. When design is completed, you will receive an Adobe PDF electronic proof to show you what your apparel will look like when it is complete. As a practice, we do not offer press proofs (your actual printed apparel). If you feel your project requires a press proof, please let us know and we will be willing to give you an estimate.
Can I order my design on different products, colors, styles, etc.?
Once your design is complete and approved, you can mix and match between colors of shirts. However, if you need to also mix and match between apparel products, there may be pricing differences (based on the cost of the apparel).
When will I receive my custom order?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days, beginning from the date we receive approval of the finished artwork. If you need your order sooner, we will be glad to help you (within reason). Please be advised that RUSH FEES do apply to turnaround times less than 10 business days.
What I receive my order and decide I need more?
It is possible to get additional apparel to augment the order you have recently picked up. However, the additional order must be at least 10 pieces and must be of the same design.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept credit card for online order; for custom orders that are picked up in-person, we accept cash, check, and credit card. For payments that are returned, a $20 return fee will apply. Additionally, invoices 30 days past due may be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.
Can you ship my order?
Yes! For custom orders, please let us know that you'd prefer us to ship your order (additional fees apply).
Care Instructions
Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Please inspect your order carefully upon pick up or delivery. If there is a mistake with your order, please notify us within 48 hours. Please bring the entire order back to O's Ark. At our discretion, we will replace the items or refund your money.
Will the screen printing last?
Yes! The ink we use for screen printing is very durable. We recommend machine-washing your screen printed t-shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low (unless the garment tag calls for a different dry procedure). However, if your apparel item has washed out within 30 days of your order, please return the garment to us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return/exhange policy?
Since all order are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless it is our mistake, in which case we will replace the order or credit your invoice.
